11/30/2018 9:20:02 PM MST - The InsideSales.com Technology team has been informed that one of our data carriers' will be conducting maintenance on Fri. Dec 7, 2018. The time frame for this maintenance will begin at 10:01 PM MDT (12:01 AM Eastern GMT-4) and is expected to finish at 3:00 AM MDT (5:00 Eastern GMT-4) the following morning. This maintenance will focus on a communication circuit between our data centers. No downtime is expected for end users with data services during this maintenance. However, end users may experience up to 60 minutes of downtime during the maintenance, where access to our products would be unavailable and telephony traffic will be unable to route the phone call. While we initially believed this was a larger problem but upon further investigation a customer had an increased level of telephony traffic through their telephony network thus inflating the increased levels.
